This section details the terms and conditions under which you are buying from us online. Please read them carefully. They will help you to get the best from us and to know what to do, if for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of our service.
From the initial date you order online from us, we expect that you have read and accepted Accessible Computer Store’s terms and conditions and you are agreeing to purchase our products subject to these. Your order to us is an offer to purchase and when we receive the payment we accept your offer.
Your rights as a customer
We follow all the appropriate legislation and codes of practice which govern consumer sales in the UK. You can expect a fair, honest and professional service from us and we encourage you to provide feedback so that we can keep improving.
None of our terms and conditions affect your statutory rights and if any part of these terms and conditions is not valid or cannot be enforced in whole, or in part, this will not affect any other part of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. Both you and Accessible Computer agree that these specified courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes which may arise.
